Much better book then 2 and 3

Enjoyed it much better then the other book enjoyed all 3 chapters even tho sometimes it feels like the story takes for ever to tell in the present time just because of all the past

4 books to tell a 1 book story

The series was overall a let down, due to the drawn out story that lacked significant substance and the infuriating time line adjustments. Book 1 left me with enough curiosity to listen to book 2.

I hold no issues with intimacy in books, but when it feels like a whole book is just about intimacy at the sacrifice of story or character development then it’s just a shame.

I probably wouldn’t have added a second narrator mid series either.

Would I read this series I anew? No.
