Disappointing

I found myself irritated a lot with this book. Jack/John was a nasty man to Abigail....all the time. He criticised her every chance he got to the point of being callous and hurtful. I felt sorry for Abby but also mad at her for not sticking up for herself. I couldn’t enjoy the book for these reasons, sorry but I prefer my woman stronger and my men nicer.
