Publisher's Summary
Do you know where your kids are?
The brand new up-all-night thriller from the Sunday Times bestselling author of Richard and Judy pick The Holiday and The Catch.
I should have known something was wrong. I should have sensed it. Felt it in the air, like the build-up of pressure before a thunderstorm, that heavy, loaded calm.
The curfew
Andy and Laura are good parents. They tell their son Connor that he can go out with friends to celebrate completing his exams, but he must be home by midnight.
The lie
When Connor misses his curfew, it sets off a series of events that will change the lives of five families forever.
The truth?
Because five teenagers went into the woods that night, but only four came out. And telling the truth might mean losing everything...

A one story
Yes this is a good story. Not brilliant in fact it’s a bit long, but I hung in there and realised it was a good yarn if a bit too long.

Another great title
I really enjoyed TM Logan’s latest thriller! The only downside is now I have to wait for the next one! Thanks for another great novel. Well worth a listen

Infuriating protagonists
Great story well told, however these educated professional adult parents a case study in how not to parent. They deserved their trauma. I imagine them still not listening to each other or their children.

Unusual not believable but enjoyable
The theme is how far one might go to save one’s child. The voice got a bit soppy at times but it made one think. What would I do?

Brilliant!!
Well, I finished listening to my first book by TM Logan. Really very good!! And brilliantly read by Richard Armitage too 😉 He did all the voices so well, male, female, teenagers, young girls, and even a grown man sobbing, all totally believable. I now have The Dream House to listen to, but I've also bought yet another TM Logan book for my kindle to actually read. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed this book - and Richard's narration is brilliant as per usual! Off to find more books by this author. The 2 I've read thus far have been great.

Worth listening to
The audio narrator is excellent- and generally the story is a good mystery. The characters come alive and the twists and turns will hold your interest. BUT there are a few things that irked me about this book. The characters do too much inner dialogue and its repetitive (ie conners dad thinks: what? But how was this possible..). As a listener, you are often impatiently waiting for characters to deal with things - and you just want the story to move on. Its also too long and seems padded out and finally I found it too sentimental. But the key storyline (mystery), main characters and the narration made it worthwhile.

Good story
I throughly enjoyed this story. Love Richard’s performance. Good characters. However could have been a little shorter. Just a tad too long. About 3/4 of the way through, I thought come on, I’ve got the situation, now let’s get to the ending. Looking forward to more stories from the author.
