Dr. Nina Gould was expecting a break from her expeditions with the Order of the Black Sun but fate seems to have other plans when an offer from Egypt sends her and her long-time associate, David Purdue, on an expedition to unearth the long-lost tomb of Cleopatra.
Unfortunately, Cleopatra was not laid to rest alone, having been buried with her lover Mark Antony - a famous Roman that catches the attention of the nefarious Third Triumvirate. The long forgotten feud between Egypt and Rome reignites as the race is on between Nina and the Third Triumvirate to see who can find the buried lovers first.
Their battle for the tomb sees Nina and Purdue plunge into the Nile, scale the great pyramids, contend with sandstorms, and fight for their lives against opponents that will do anything to win.
