If you want to use the info.. either sit, listen and take notes or buy the book and write action/implementation plan.

Packed with useful content

Arrogant and non-transferable
Focuses on author’s own successes in a cringeworthy fashion. Uses absolutes (eg “I guarantee this will work for you”) for ambiguous or complex scenarios.
