Wow
AmaZing material in this book. Absolutely life changing. Used to follow teal swan a few years ago as my partner used to watch her on Instagram. I stopped watching when we broke up and then re found her recently when searching for a book on shadow work. Perfect timing for a life changing book.

Hard to connect
Long winded and boring, I found it hard to connect with the dry, wordy text. I don’t find Teal an engaging writer or narrator at all. I feel like her intelligence is over hyped by her own ego. I am a Teal fan, don’t get me wrong, but this and another of her books were so dry and disengaging that both were left unfinished.
