Read this first.

If you have read the Obesity Code, Diabetes Code and Life in the Fasting Lane you probably don’t need to read this. That being said there are clear fasting guides in the PDF which will help you get started. I found Jimmy Moore a little odd to listen to since I have listened to all of Dr Fung’s books that weren’t narrated by Jimmy. By the time I got to the last few chapters I was ok with him. I think if you’re trying to work out which Dr Fung book to read first THIS IS THE ONE. It gives you an overall guide to his research and clinical practice.

Good content, delivers on its promise

The narrator simply isn't a good reader.
The content is solid, im rereading this book again and again.

Awesome book on how to fast and how to implement fasting into your lifestyle! fasting is so powerful and heals so much. It is now part of my life and i will never go back!!

Very grateful for this book.

This book has completely changed my understanding of eating and my relationship with food and hunger. It helped me snap sugar addiction via my first 42 hour fast. Thank you.

Just brilliant

Just a brilliant book - I immediately started it again after completion. It's informative, insightful, and inspirational. The narration is pitch perfect and engaging.

There's nothing I can say is wrong about this book. If you're considering fasting for whatever reason, then this will get you through it and will quite possibly change the way you think about food.
