Read this first.
If you have read the Obesity Code, Diabetes Code and Life in the Fasting Lane you probably don’t need to read this. That being said there are clear fasting guides in the PDF which will help you get started. I found Jimmy Moore a little odd to listen to since I have listened to all of Dr Fung’s books that weren’t narrated by Jimmy. By the time I got to the last few chapters I was ok with him. I think if you’re trying to work out which Dr Fung book to read first THIS IS THE ONE. It gives you an overall guide to his research and clinical practice.

Just brilliant
Just a brilliant book - I immediately started it again after completion. It's informative, insightful, and inspirational. The narration is pitch perfect and engaging.
There's nothing I can say is wrong about this book. If you're considering fasting for whatever reason, then this will get you through it and will quite possibly change the way you think about food.
