Essential guide to BC

This book is excellent for anyone who has just been diagnosed with breast cancer. This bought tought me things that I was not even told by my medical team and gives practical advice from the two authors who have been through breast cancer treatment themselves. It covers topics that are not usually discussed. I highly recommend it and also follow Liz on social media and youtube she always updates her content with new topics!
