Insightful and heartfelt

This was informative, inclusive and really touched on real lived experiences. I learnt a lot from this book and would recommend to any mother, particularly in Australia.

Incredible book for Australians

Loved everything about this book. I know some reviewers say it was boring but I was hooked in every chapter. So informative and calming, very much needed in first time pregnancy when life feels overwhelming.

A Series of Pamphlets

As someone who was hoping to find comfort and knowledge in the stories of others, this felt like the most dull, impersonal and poorly written "book"

Between the excessive reading of services/phone numbers throughout Australia and the constant breathing exercises, I felt like I would have had a more informative experience if I picked up a random selection of Pamphlets at the doctor's office

Very disappointed and underwhelming 🤷🏼‍♀️
