Unique communication tips BUT lazy editing

Great information as always, but many of the chapters were copied from his other books. A bit disappointing when I expected it to be fresh material. Some passages of audio were also repeated which implies lazy editing. Nonetheless there are useful tips in here I will implement and test out.
