I absolutely loved this book!!!
Some of the reviews I read for this book weren’t so great so I didn’t know what to think. As it was free and I needed something to listen I downloaded it. Thank God I did… this book is fantastic. It’s actually beautiful. I even cried a few times towards the end.. yeah it got me. The narrator was perfect and I’ll say it again this book was beautiful. I loved it

The best book I've experienced in years
The story has suspense, action, likeable characters and most importantly heart and hope. The best book I've read or listened to in years.

Engrossing
I enjoyed the story and the ability of the narrator to draw me in, while at times it was a little wordy in was in keeping with the era

Dean Koontz, you’ve let me down
Even with a good narrator, this book was terrible. I tried 3 times and just couldn’t get it finished.

Not great
I have been a Koontz fan for years and have read most of his large catalog of titles. I wanted to like this and parts of it were good but towards the end I just couldn’t wait for it to be over. Slow and drawn out; disappointing

Without a doubt the most boring story I've heard.
Even though it was free, I still feel ripped off. 13 hrs of my life I won't get back.
