About this listen

In The Circle of Jabez, vigilante computer hacker Gary Wharton uses the Internet to entrap and kill serial killers. As Gary struggles with the morality of his own actions, he finds evidence of a satanic ring of serial killers lead by someone called Jabez. When Gary discovers that the next target of the ring is a mathematically gifted scientist named Dr. Sophie Chambers, he ends up in a back and forth struggle with Jabez and his killers in order to save her life.

Gary becomes romantically involved with Sophie and fears that now that he has found love, he will be unable to stop Sophie's death. Jabez exploits Gary's guilt and fear, torments him, and lures him into traps, while Gary races to discover the identity of the members of the Circle of Jabez before they are able to kill Dr. Chambers.
