Lacklustre storyline

I have listened to two other Melanie Dickerson audiobooks, this is my least favorite so far. I felt the storyline was less polished, quite amateurish. I was cringing by the last quarter of the book. I will possibly try another of her books, as I like the author’s ideas of retelling fairytales.
