It’s fantastic getting the answers you are looking for, it’s brilliant being pleasantly surprised with even more than you expected.
I recommend this book for any incoming CEO, existing CEO or leader. Well researched information that is well delivered.

i don't want to be a CEO!
it has plenty of pointers on how to get there and how to make a good start. but lucky for me it also had a section on what its like in the roll.
