has this person ever had an actual conversation with a teen?
very high level generic information that is easy to digest, however the enacted conversations with teens in distress are absolutely unrealistic and almost laughable. constant references to what I can assume is another book outlining theoretical practice, making this hard to be practical or really helpful if you a teen in stress
