MIND = BLOWN
New perspective, new passion, new feeling and soon to be new life. This book made so much sense yet soooooo much valuable information...I feel like this is going to be the new diet that everyone needs to be apart of to move forward as a race. Marketed sugar has taken over the brains of the undereducated. This is a MUST read!
Oh and the coffee, the best coffee I've tasted...If I go out for coffee I now compare that coffee to Bullet Proof, it has honestly set a new standard to taste, feeling, aroma...everything! Thank you Dave

Can confirm it works
I started with Dave’s book superhuman and got a copy of the road map then, while I didn’t follow it in pin point accuracy, it has helped me loose and keep off 20kg. The lifestyle changes are not hard and the food does taste delicious. While he doesn’t reference a lot of his work listening and following Dave’s podcast it is evident he has done the research to back up his statements as factual. Very impressed with how clear this book is!

Interesting book..New weightloss strategy
I found this book very informative and somewhat inspirational. Theres plenty of repetitive content and much jargon thrown around, but overall it doesn't affect the message this book conveys. You can take something out of this book to improve on your daily eating habits and avoid certain types of food that you would have thought are good for you. i enjoyed chapters 13-16 the most

Going Bulletproof Really is life changing!!
there is lots of info in here that you won't hear anywhere else and you will find out that doctors have been feeding us lies for 50 years about what we are supposed to eat.

Worth it, but dated.
This is older ideas on nutrition, but the general idea works well.
Like pretty much all diet books, it takes a long time to tell you what could have been told to you in an hour.
Eat certain fats, avoid others.
Grass fed and organic as much as possible.
Watch out for mould toxins.
Coffee is your friend.
Fasting is healthy if done properly.
Exercise by interval training and weights, but not too much or too often.
Start strict and introduce foods from there to see what works.
Use it as a template for eating and fasting, but look for more updated information on lectins, mycotoxins, etc...as well as fasting and exercise.
I'll look at his latest book soon, but I think I should have read the latest one first.

so inspiring, fantastic
making the changes slowly is awesome it helps tremendously. I'm starting to feel better I'm starting to fit my clothes better I'm starting to think clearly and starting to sleep better.
