About this listen

The final book in the addictive, best-selling M/M thriller series More Heat than the Sun.

Ben and Nikolas know that if they were to compare recollections of their life together, they’d remember things very differently. Ben never asks about their time together in the Department because he doesn’t want to hear Nikolas lie. Nikolas never talks about those early years because he can’t afford for Ben to know the truth. After all, some old secrets, like hidden traps, lie rusty but ever eager to spring shut and destroy the unwary. But Nikolas, in love, truly happy, forgets to be vigilant. He takes a very serious misstep. For the first time, since their strange meeting in Whitehall 14 years ago, Ben is forced to rethink his claim that nothing Nikolas could ever do would make him stop loving him.

Amazing series of 9 books

I have loved hearing Alexi/Nik and Ben’s story - intricate and always interesting. John Wiltshire has done an amazing job writing these books.

Listening to Gary Furlong narrate this book was an incredible experience - he is a joy to listen to, keeping my attention throughout.

Perfect everything!

I didn’t want this book to finish as it’s absolutely perfection…

It starts from the beginning where Nik meets Ben ..

To be precise Sir Nikolas Mikkelsen meets Ben Rider , but, as Nik sometimes calls him Benjamin !

How I love these books , John has written another superb book , Ben and Nik together make beautiful human beings I know I shall miss them both..

Such amazing plots, action plus plus an undeniable love for each other..
Watching their family grow around them was utter Perfection..
The narration by Gary Furlong was fantastic.

He brought the book to life.

Fantastic ending to a fantastic series

Plenty of plot twists make this a deeply satisfying story jumping between the beginning of Ben and Nikolas/Aleksey’s story and the present, culminating in their HEA. The narration is perfect, as it has been for all the titles in the series.
