Highly Recommended

This is a must read. I tried other books ie. meditation to help me through the first couple months of my marriage split. Nothing really helped me. This book really hit the spot however I read it about five weeks post seperation. I'm not sure that I would have found it as useful if I had have read it sooner. notebook is going to make the grief of losing your wife easier. unfortunately that is a ride that you have to take. I think this book is best read once that initial grief starts to dissipate and you are beginning to accept your new life.

Very helpful book! Highly recommended

I read the book immediately after a break up and was able to unpack so many mistakes that I made prior. After reading it the second time three months later there are many things that I had missed the first time that I was able to pick up on. There are many things that I have applied up to this point and am planning on reading it for the third time to see what else I can unpack or have missed altogether. This is a highly recommended book for anyone going through a break up. I wish I had known all of this before break up. It is also recommended for those that are currently in the relationship.

The book is useful to stay on track after a breakup and keep you looking after yourself.

It common sense to avoid anything that reminds you of your ex, but not easy to do. Feeling hurt after a breakup is horrid, but staying away helps get over them quicker and you keep your self respect.

Short with some useful tips

Provides some useful pointers. The narrating seemed a bit rushed. Overall some practical exercises to help on the journey to healing.
