Life changing

This book found me at the right time. I was struggling with my mental health and learning that my dad has Alzheimer’s disease with dementia. This book helped me understand some of the habits and behaviours that can lead to dementia. It gives advice on how to eat better and improve your lifestyle to feel sharper and more awake to life. Highly recommended

Good advice

Good advice but some long chapters on taking medications and impact. Not relevant but unsure how long that went for so persevered. Remaining advice very helpful though

Very interesting and good to listen

For people like me that is into always looking to get better , healthier, and happier, this is a great book. it was long but again very interesting and easy to engage with the book. I actually will buy the phiai al book so i can actually do the program appropiAtely.

couldn't finish

it reads as judgemental and promises numerous fixes without much of a solid basis. might be good for those that need a little encouragement but not for those with serious problems.

best portable book I have ever listened to

this is the best audible book I have ever got it's life changing and it is the best biohacking book out of all the series at read thoroughly recommend it going to try and get my kids to read it that's going to try

Eye opening!!!

What a great book! Very insightful with plenty of information and steps with how to change your lifestyle. This is one of the few books I’ve read that focuses on food, lifestyle, environment and the reasons behind it! Definitely recommend.
