Blue and Kelly
This was such a great read now on my list of best reads for 2020.
I was so invested in both guys I just didn't want the book to finish I purchased the audio book which brought the book to life.
Such a great story line with wonderful narration ..
Perfect words by S.E. Harmon added with adorable narration by Alexander Cendese and Sean Crisden.

Hugely fun!
Physics professor, Kelly Cannon, has always secretly crushed on his best friend and NFL tight end, Britton Montgomery, aka “The Blueprint”. Unfortunately, Blue is straight with no shortage of eager women. This was fun, with a lot of humour and the two extremely likeable main characters both had some great lines! I grinned a lot. 🎧 I always love Alexander Cendese’s playfully deep voice and, after this, I’m adding Sean Crisden to my favourites list too. You could tell that both performers enjoyed narrating this - great expression and comic timing!

You’ll laugh, you’ll cry
This was my first read from this author and I will be back for more. The banter and snark between Kelly and Blue was PERFECT. You’ll laugh and you’ll cry. SE Harmon perfectly captures the type of dialogue that occurs between 2 people who’ve been best friends most of their lives. I’d go so far as to say I’ve never read dialogue written this well. Both narrators were excellent. Alexander Cendese as Kelly was brilliant. He’s one of my favourite narrators and his comic timing and emotion is perfection. My favourite character though was Kelly’s mum - the banter between her and her son - hilarious. So many MM novels have terrible female side-characters, so this was great to read.
Blue and Kelly have been best friends since they were kids. Kelly is a physics professor and Blue a pro footballer. Given that they’re both stubborn idiots, they spend the entire story trying to get their shit together and admit they’re falling in love.
A must read - as is the second installment.

blue and kelly
the Blueprint by s.e. Harmon. blue and Kelly have been friends since they were kids. Kelly had always had a crush for blue but has never wanted to cross that line. blue typical straight football player.
blue high ranking official in nfl and Kelly, a professor, have stated to realise that maybe something is missing from their lives.
I loved this story and the characters in this book.

Outstanding, romantic and fun
One can’t help but love Kelly and Blue. Such well developed characters created by Harmon with sensitivity and joy. Beautifully brought to life by Cendese and Crisden. One of my favourites audiobooks of 2023. Bravo.
