Such a lovely story from Montgomery
This is for adults and I really loved it. The narrator was excellent… better than most and the story is very satisfying

L.M. Montgomery for grown ups
I first read The Blue Castle many years ago, as a teenager, and whilst I enjoyed it, it just didn’t hold the same appeal as the Anne books. Coming back to it now as ‘an old maid’ in her forties, I appreciate the story’s realistic take on the vagaries of life, on dealing with the expectations that friends, family and wider society place on us. Kelli Tager wonderful performance only added to my enjoyment and new found appreciation for this delightful tale.

gorgeous story.
I just adore Valancy. I love everything about this book. I only wish there was more. I want to live with them forever.
