Nothing new but a good reminder
Narration is top-notch, Dave Alexander keeps the book interesting. I think I cannot physically finish reading the book. Outside of the narration, the method mentioned in the book is nothing new but practice. The whole idea can be summarized in a short blog post that takes 10 minutes to finish. I expected a little bit too much by the title of the book. Not satisfied or disappointed.
