Welcome to the real world.
If we are willing to entertain other worldly possibilities we may see ways to improve the evolution of ourselves and nature. Sandra attempts to teach us to open our hearts to the other worlds which are available to us to access our spirit guides to help us learn what is needed and what is not needed. I learned a lot from this easygoing introduction to Shamanism.

Great but too shoet
This was a great intro. I thought it was a whole book, but it is literally under one hour. certainly not worth one full credit ($16.95). I did enjoy it. but would have expected more for the price
