The true problem lies in the way in which these questions are asked in the first place. There is a fundamental flaw in the question itself, and unless these questions are asked in a different way, confusion will be the only answer.
The fundamental flaw in these questions is the word: healthy.
If you ask yourself if a particular food is healthy or not, what you’re really asking is “Is this food good or bad for me”?
Why is this a problem? It’s a problem because life is not black and white. Life is not good or bad. Life is an infinite number of possibilities and variations. This means that food cannot simply be good or bad.
