A helpful guide for beginners
As a marathon runner in training I found this audio book both informative and inspirational. Michael writes from experience (100+ marathon and ultra marathons) and provides helpful tips about practical matters as well as mindset and motivational thoughts. The narrator has a slightly different voice, but it is effective in communicating the author's considerable enthusiasm for his subject. I think this is well worth a listen - lots of tips from an author and runner who holds that running a marathon will change your life!
