entertaining
The story is well written, the reader is excellent. I would recommend this book to people who find this historic period of interest.

Dull narration of a dead boring story.
If a writer can't make the Great Fire of London exciting, surely there were better career choices he could have made. 57 chapters of some of the most plodding, clichè ridden prose I have ever endured. Main characters with less charm and depth than a puddle of week-old porridge.
The narrator does nothing to save this stupefyingly boring, overly long tome.

Absolute Rubbish; a complete waste of time and money. Don't bother to buy
This was probably one of the worst Audible books I have listened to. I sent it back, and thankfully received a Credit from Amazon.
