WOW!!! This book lifted my spirits!

I have been feeling down & stagnant in my life, even rage with my life circumstances. This book has opened up my eyes with erroneous thinking that I have but never quite realised.
I love the no worry diet, Cheerios bfast, etc. I shall practice these stuffs I just learn to bring my life into a higher dimension.
