The new Stephen Fry performance is far superior

The reading of Sherlock Holmes by Harrison, obviously an American is utterly painful. The accents are all wrong. Well, maybe he gets the American ones but the English Scottish Irish Australian German South African are painfully bad. Not only are the accents excruciating but words such as place names are mispronounced.
There is now the incomparably better Stephen Fry version to choose instead.
