No light bulb moment, it's was an explosion!

Loved, loved, loved this book. It was as though Aviva was talking directly to me. Every woman over 30 yrs needs to read (listen to) this book. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's 13 yrs ago and no 'professional' once told me that the disease could be reversible!

Great read!

Over the past year I have read over one hundred books relating to health and wellness. This is one of the best books I have read, it is thorough, easy to read and has a heap of great resources in the pdf.
I highly recommend this book, for everyone, not just those who have a health concern.

Struggled to listen.

I only got halfway through Chapter 1. I love Aviva's work and use it regularly within my work, but just could not stand to listen anymore. I feel so bad about this, but could not stand one more minute of the narrator's voice. It was robotic and void of emotion and sadly I found I could not go on. Such a waste as I was looking forward to learning 🙁

Just a poor rehash from other more reliable sources

This book is basically rehashing what other experts have already told us & it still fails to get the information correct. Nutrition is confusing but that’s how the food industry wants you to feel. The only diet proven to reverse heart disease is the whole food plant based diet, not the Mediterranean diet. In the future I will just look at the science & forget about doctors who perpetuate the myth that eggs, meat or dairy is healthy.
