The body is capable of healing itself of any disease. If you are sick, it is because you allow yourself to remain sick. Hydration, alkalization, and detoxification are the three keys to preventing and curing us of any disease. Nothing is more important to the body than water, and there is no better water for the human body than Alkaline Ionized Water. It is a powerful antioxidant, as well as extremely alkalizing, hydrating, and detoxifying. Fasting with water is the healthiest thing we can do for the body.
Spirulina and chlorella are the two most powerful whole foods in the world. They are perfect proteins and have the broadest array of nutrients of any food. We should replace our traditional animal protein sources, meat, fish, eggs, and dairy, with these two nutraceuticals, which provide the body with the proper nutrition, so the body can heal itself.
All cooked foods are acidic, poisonous, and addictive. We eat them, because we like their taste, and because we have been conditioned all our lives to believe they are healthy for us. Raw foods are alkaline and rejuvenate the body by providing the body ith nutrients that have not been either destroyed or chemically altered by cooking. Consuming cooked food is the greatest destroyer of our health. Raw foods contain enzymes that are responsible for every movement, action, or thought of the human body and mind. Without enzymes, life would not be possible.
Probiotics such as acidophilus and Bifidus are friendly bacteria that help the body assimilate nutrients and keep the digestive tract clean and alkalized. They are crucial to human health, and should be consumed with everything we eat. Prebiotics are fermented foods that also significantly enhance digestion.
Minerals are among the most important nutrients required by the body. Minerals are the keys that allow the engine of our health to start. They are directly and indirectly involved in every bodily process. Along with amino acids (protein), minerals are the basic building blocks of every cell in the body. All of the physiological processes of the human body cannot occur without the presence of minerals. Without them, bodily processes and functions are greatly diminished. Angstrom minerals are between 90-98 percent absorbable because of their incredibly small size. Most importantly, if you expect to be healthy and rid your body of any and all disease, you need to maintain a positive mental attitude. Negativity can destroy your efforts with the force of split atoms. Although I admit that this is not necessary to be healthy, I believe that you should have a relationship with God, as well. However, a positive mental attitude is absolutely necessary. If you listen to everything I advise you to do, but your mind is against you, you will likely fail. The faith in God we hold in our hearts will make all the difference and have the most profound effect on our destiny.
