Publisher's Summary
Legendary leadership and elite performance expert Robin Sharma introduced The 5AM Club concept over 20 years ago, based on a revolutionary morning routine that has helped his clients maximise their productivity, activate their best health and bulletproof their serenity in this age of overwhelming complexity.
Now, in this life-changing audiobook, handcrafted by the author over a rigorous four-year period, you will discover the early-rising habit that has helped so many accomplish epic results while upgrading their happiness, helpfulness and feelings of aliveness.
Through an enchanting - and often amusing - story about two struggling strangers who meet an eccentric tycoon who becomes their secret mentor, The 5am Club will walk you through:
- How great geniuses, business titans and the world’s wisest people start their mornings to produce astonishing achievements.
- A little-known formula you can use instantly to wake up early feeling inspired, focused and flooded with a fiery drive to get the most out of each day.
- A step-by-step method to protect the quietest hours of daybreak so you have time for exercise, self-renewal and personal growth.
- A neuroscience-based practice proven to help make it easy to rise while most people are sleeping, giving you precious time for yourself to think, express your creativity and begin the day peacefully instead of being rushed.
- ‘Insider only’ tactics to defend your gifts, talents and dreams against digital distraction and trivial diversions so you enjoy fortune, influence and a magnificent impact on the world.
Part manifesto for mastery, part playbook for genius-grade productivity and part companion for a life lived beautifully, The 5AM Club is a work that will transform your life. Forever.

Worthwhile
I considered throwing in the towel in the first 5 minutes because I couldn’t stand the character ‘voices’ put on by the reader. HOWEVER, I’m glad I persevered- I got accustomed to the ‘voices’ and the content was fantastic. A lot to take in, but I plan on printing out the accompanying PDF to help make my new habits stick!

The book was a refreshing use of fiction to teach success techniques. I enjoyed listening to it.

The Point is Clear
Great book, enjoyed it a lot, albeit quite long and dances around the point a little. I would recommend it to people to read.

Worth the time
The messages were quite good. Good enough to overcome that I found the story was a little bit weird and I didn't like the narration. I do usually like a good narrative.

Worth multiple reads
Awesome underlying principles but the story is a little over the top, well worth the read, just pay attention to what it’s teaching you and not so much the story through which it does.

great message, not so great script
It's clear that Robin Sharma has poured his soul into this book. I can hear his passion and expertise for the field of personal mastery, literally in every word. His knowledge is clearly vast on the subject and I'm sure he exemplifies these exceptional teachings and wants us all to benefit from them also.
But, for me, he tried to stuff too many quotes, both his own and others into the story. It almost felt like an anthology of great quotes, which is fine in a book about quotes, but I found it jarring in a story.
I also found the script and unravelling love story hard to believe and get involved with as they were, for me, unrelatable. The love story happened so quickly I thought I'd missed a few chapters!
I will most likely listen again though as I do want to learn from the valuable life lessons that Robin Sharma shares, even if just the bits that relate to the PDF provided on the main points of the book.

Not what I expected
I was not expecting this book to be a fiction book and it took me a while to get into it . I didn’t love the narrators voice at first but I did become used to it . I loved the concept of the book and will need to listen to it again to get the full benefit from it . It took me a while to find the attached PDFs but that is more of an audible issue . ( I found them eventually )
