Excellent book

whatever your age (who isn’t?). Covers the science of aging by one of the leading researchers in the field of aging and genetics, in easy to understand plain language. Also addresses the moral and ethical issues around aging. Very well put together and thought provoking.

Waste of time

Waste of time - and if you are reading this book then you probably don't have enough of that already!

Repetetive, felt like someone trying to make a book out of a few dot points but never actually got to the point.

No details behind what he was saying, mentioned dedicated chapters on certain topics but they obviously didn't make it into the final cut.
