Excellent guide to wellbeing

This audiobook contains valuable advice for improving your life in a really succinct and actionable way. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's narrated by the author who has a lovely English accent and was a pleasure to listen to.

Worth the change

Second book I read of this writer and highly recommended. Although we are health professionals and very active athletes, there was still a load to digest and use in our routines and to compliment our lives. A must especially for young adults embarking on their life

Totally 100% recommended!

Discovered Dr. Chatterjee's Feel Better Live More podcast series by accident and began listening to them each day commuting to and from work. Finally paused them long enough to listen to this book, and I was not disappointed. Extremely informative, and the science behind it is explained in such a way using lots of metaphors that makes it easy to understand. And really glad it was narrated by the author himself as he makes it very easy to listen to. Cant wait to put his recommendations into action, and will be recommending this book to everyone I know!

Commonsense Advice

What a breath of fresh air Dr Ragnan Chatterjee is, he offers clear, concise and informed information on the body as a whole, without the usual waffle associated with the latest ‘diet’ fad. It is something I will refer to often and I will definitely search out more of his work. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr C.

Advice to live by

After listening through twice, I'm now re-listening to the chapter summaries to help implement the guidelines for recovering my health. It's only day and I'm already feeling better and sleeping through the night.

A self empowering detailed plan to health

An excellent, well referenced book. As a GP I’ll be recommending this book to my patients so they can empower themselves to look after their health. Personally, I will and have been adopting many of Dr Chatterjee’s strategies in my own and my family’s life! Many thanks

Practicality in wellness. Must read!

Helpful, informative, easy to follow ideas to integrate into our daily lives! Such a great book (all his books are amazing) helping me redesign my life to help heal, create wellness from my auto immune struggles.
