Good concepts, frustrating execution
It's very annoying to be told to visit URLs or utilize resources that no longer exist or don't function as advertised. The 'free' app they constantly plug doesn't seem to work without some kind of obtuse subscription that is never mentioned or explained, and every time I tried to visit a webpage they spell out I was redirected to a generic page that seemed to want me to become a client of the parent company. All in all, way too much of this book felt like I was being marketed to rather than instructed.

Just terrible
I wouldn’t have read beyond the first chapter if I wasn’t forced to read this for work.

20 mins of insight into 5 hrs of blather
While the population size of the research was decent, the findings are fairly obvious. The content could have been better communicated in a Top 10 listicle rather than a book stuffed with insultingly simple explanations and filler.
