About this listen
People think that achieving balance means implementing big changes. But psychotherapist Colman Noctor has developed a simple solution. Get ready to discover the 4–7 Zone!
Over many years in his therapy practice, Noctor noticed a pattern: no matter the issue – mood, anxiety, eating, exercise or alcohol use – problems occur when people are doing too much or too little of something. Every one of his clients was in the 0–3 or 8–10 zone.
By getting your life in the 4–7 zone, you will nurture your relationship with yourself, better negotiate challenges and discover a happy, harmonious way of living.

Very relatable
Thank you so much for this incredible insight. For most of my life, I have been trying to function at a level of 8-10, which has filled me with anxiety and stress. This book has given me hope that I can finally let go of my constant pursuit of perfection. I've come to realize that achieving an average level of 4-7 isn't actually a bad thing.
