brilliant an intriguing story
this was a brilliant and engaging story. there was a slight issue of the sound effects drowning out the voice acting. this would make an absolutely fantastic movie or mini-series.

Great sci fi go in blind
The team putting this together made The Lovecraft Investigations and bring the same excellent cast and out-there writing that made it great.
Look up Julian Simpson's other audiodramas and there's more up on SoundCloud if you Google Pleasant Green universe.

Concept intriguing , confusing execution
The idea and the story is actually something would really like to see better executed. Felt of the voice, acting and performance was pretty good, but there were too many characters and was generally very hard to follow unless you were very focused.

Intriguing storyline but....
The overview of the story was intriguing and I looked forward to this audiobook. However, the story was hard to follow with lack of character development and studio sound effects that dulled the dialogue. Halfway through I realised I was sick of the characters bickering and didn't care about any of them. End of story.
