About this listen
In 1974, Trilateral Commission member and academic Richard Gardner wrote an article "The Hard Road to World Order" for Foreign Affairs magazine, predicting the future of the Commission's self-proclaimed new international economic order. Gardner spoke of an "end-run around national sovereignty", a "booming, buzzing confusion", and building it from the "bottom up" rather than attempting an "old-fashioned frontal assault".
After almost 45 years, it is time to examine the record. In Technocracy: The Hard Road to World Order, Wood traces the steps and developments that led to the United Nations' establishment of sustainable development goals as an outgrowth of historic technocracy from the 1930s.
UN programs such as 2030 Agenda, New Urban Agenda, and the Paris Climate Agreement are all working together to displace capitalism and free enterprise as the world's principal economic system.
As a resource-based economic system, sustainable development intends to take control of all resources, production, and consumption on Earth, leaving all of its inhabitants to be micromanaged by a scientific dictatorship. Topics covered in this audiobook include the devolution of federal governments combined with the rise of global smart cities.
Tools are examined, like ubiquitous surveillance, collaborative governance, public-private partnerships, reflexive law, fintech, including cryptocurrencies, and the drive toward a cashless society. The spiritual aspect of sustainable development is also explored as an important component of manipulation.
Looking underneath the cover of globalization, Wood shatters the false narrative of a promised utopia and exposes the true nature of the deception used to promote this new economic order. Those elite who hate the bedrock of American liberty and its time-tested constitution have pulled out all the stops to destroy both, and it's time for citizens to stand up to reject them. As always, Wood closes with the nature of effective resistance and the tools that can help to achieve success.

The New World Order is currently taking shape...
Really good incite in where we are currently heading with this Global Reset, Plandemic we are currently going through... Unless we speak out the future will be bleak... Obviously this is more catered towards Americans (I’m from Australia) but is still a great overview of what’s happening around the globe.
Only negative I have is where Patrick has a dig at Spirituality, obviously Patrick is Christian, but he kind of incorporates the Bible as being the end all while bagging other Spiritual traditions. Religion first and foremost is Manmade and full of ideology, where as real spirituality is not. If the elites are using spirituality as another avenue to get their point across, this is truely sad, as most “Spiritual” beings are speaking out against this Plandemic and not promoting technocracy at all. Overall great introduction to Technocracy, let’s all speak out against this Scam!

The Red Pill that explains what we are living through
I beg you to read this book,if not for your sake then for the sake of future generations. After avoiding Anthony Sutton’s famous “Tragedy and Hope” for too many years because of its size and my attention span l decided to read this and I feel I now know who the big players are and what their agenda is.
Thanks so much for this book

Patrick’s book is well worth listening to or reading. It is backed up with evidence and logic. It is a call to action. We are the only ones who can save us from technocracy. The time is now!

Technocracy is a worldview
It can be overwhelming, the amount of information, dates, people, but the first two chapters are worth the price.
Freedom in the west is dying of a hitherto unknown illness, misdiagnosed as 'wokeness', which is a symptom. The actual pathogen is Technocracy.

Didn't expect the bible bashing
Was hoping for an informative deep dive on technocracy after seeing Patrick several times on the Corbett Report dot com, will not subject myself to bible bashing though. Should have bought with a credit so I could return it.
