Oh my heart, I haven’t enjoyed a book as much as this in forever. Definitely a roller coaster of a read, and not to heavy - a great combination for an easy listen. 🙂

I overloaded myself with Devney Perry :(
To be honest, I would have rated the book a lot worse if I didn't stop myself and thought about why. The overall experience wasn't too bad, it wasn't horrible by any means, the performance by Maxine was fantastic and easy to listen to (well, for me anyway, it didn't sound like someone dragging nails on a blackboard). The storyline was a bit different where a one-night stands took place, multiple sexy time, a consequence, one night stand found out about consequence and both parties are trying to navigate the consequence the best way possible.
The premise would have been great if I didn't inhale too many Devney Perry books (The Edens) and Mariana Zapato books that I am burnt out on slow burn romance books which all need a new way to describe about one's anatomy that is going to explode like a bag of microwave popcorn.
Don't get me wrong, it's not horrible but I just prefer The Edens series by this author and not overindulge contemporary books, I think it's time to go look at some Splatter punk books.

Sweet Secret Baby Romance
Loved how wild and free Charlie was. Hearing how 'special' and 'unusual' she was grated. she's just an average kid.
I would have liked more of Logan's family.

Emotional read
Love the characters, knew where it was going but took a while getting there. The stalker angle wasn’t at all necessary for the story, but didn’t distract from it either. Will go on to the next book in the series soon!
