Soothing
I don’t have many translations to compare this to, so I can’t say much on that front. However, I’ve found this reading a soothing way to float off to sleep. A gentle meditation, gently spoken.

short enough bite sized meditations to pause
about 70 or so bits sized speeches consisting of a minute each, good to be able to pause and come back to later
will have to relisten to it maybe 1-2 more times in full to grasp the meanings and understand deeper what is spoken. Some sections are easily understandable whereas others appear to have a hidden message
