Publisher's Summary

I will never call a man two years older than my sons Daddy. Nope, never gonna happen.

Owen's not your typical boy.

He's 21 years older. He's physically bigger. He has his s--t together. And the last of his three kids just left home. Yet, the moment Declan mentions the word "Daddy", Owen can't stop thinking about it.

Declan's not your typical Daddy.

He's too young. He's physically not as strong as Owen. But, he's filthy rich. He craves pampering Owen. And he's not afraid to discipline his Boy when it's needed.

With Declan, Owen's about to experience the finest pleasures of life. When Declan's greatest fear confronts him, will he be able to let his Boy in, or will he walk away to spare Owen?

Contains mature themes.

Wonderful story

Just a greasy story of two men finding one another despite coming from two very different worlds

What a love story.

I love stories like this, a twist on the norm, on the expected.
The reverse role of the main characters has me hook on the story. I wanted to know how they'll navigate their differences in everything, from age to life experiences to dealing with their weaknesses.
I love it.

Unconvinced by the young demanding daddy …

I so wanted to love this but really struggled. At 25 yo, Declan Moore is a high flyer, running his self-involved father’s multimillion dollar businesses. He’s also a dominant daddy who yearns for a much older submissive son. Declan takes a shine to 46 yo limousine driver Owen, who has raised his children single-handedly after his wife walked out 15 years ago. I liked and commiserated with Owen and his family issues but I was utterly unconvinced that Declan knew what he was doing or had the maturity to do it. I was also unconvinced by Declan’s BDSM-as-therapy. I’ve read other reverse age-gap BDSM books that worked because the young daddy was an old soul, wise beyond his years (eg Firm Hand by Nora Phoenix). Declan just seemed to be someone who wants things and pushes until they happen - that may work in the business world, but it’s hardly supportive daddy behaviour. His character rubbed me up the wrong way so much I even found it hard to enjoy John Solo’s audio narration (currently free on the Audible Plus catalogue). The book ends on a cliffhanger, but I won’t be back for more.

Not for me

I couldn't get through this. Declan is just horrid. I kept waiting for him to turn into a nice person, but unless it happens towards the end, he's just awful.
Owen's turn around to acceptance is weird and doesn't feel genuine. It feels more like he's being manipulated rather than entering into something he really wants.
Some people may love this story, but it's just not for me.
