great story about adventure, love and the universe
The writer Liz totally gets why we go sailing. So much about being at one with and feeling the planet that surrounds and nurtures us through the best and the worst times of life. Wonderful adventure and story of seeing through the noise of life to the truly beautiful and important things life has to offer. Thankyou

Thankyou Liz for your inspirational story!
I was really touched reading Swell in so many ways and i feel it has given me a view into my own life and the potential to be better and listen to my body and intuition more. I felt i could relate to Liz on more then one occasion and mixed with my passion for adventure and travel Liz has inspired me to push through whatever boundaries or hardships may arise and see the lesson in them! So grateful to of found this book!
