Great world building

I really enjoyed the world building in book 1 of the duet. It helped me understand what the FMC was up against.

I liked how different the MMCs were and how nothing went smoothly.

This book ended on a cliffhanger, and I went straight onto book 2 to see what happened.

I read on Kindle and read along on Audible.
