Food for Thought
I really enjoyed this audiobook....well maybe enjoyed is the wrong word. I found it fascinating & at the same time terrifying; how the food industry is slowly poisoning us for profit & shelf life. The author has done well not to be sued for leaking out these hidden secrets that are constantly remarketed into sneaky buzzwords on packaging. I wondered where all the E numbers went. The narrator has a wonderful clear tone & did well with many of the long scientific chemical words. If you are concerned about your health & what's going into your mouth, this is an outstanding read or listen.
