good story
this guy can write ...Really good story.
of course I have to buy the rest of the series. That's how good writers suck you in. narrator is good. but still have trouble distinguishing between start and Finnish of a part. Only gripe I have with this.

better than the first
Plot never lets up. Believable characters. Love Sarge and Thad. Morgan's wife is a little annoying. Better than the first book (which was excellent). I'm loving this series.

Emp survivors story
An American story of survival in a world gone back in technological time. People accustomed to the reliance on tech have it taken away and have to adapt or die. As an Australian, it would be not much different except much larger distances to travel. Great series. Must read!

Good but....
I liked the book but it jumps between storylines randomly and made it hard to follow at times.

6stars out of 5.
The first novel in this series was good. This novel was better. The story line keeps getting better. Can’t want to read the next book in this series.
