Really interesting. Wish it came with a pdf

I'm really enjoying this book. I love how it infuses a lot of story in with the principles and then at the end of each chapter reviews the Principles one by one. I would have given it 5 stars however the whole way through it keeps referring to bonus material on a website that no longer exists and there seems to be no way to access it. I would have loved having the bonus material as a PDF in the Audible app so that I could actually access it. Can we make that happen somehow?
