About this listen
Here together for the first time in audio are the three mysteries that started it all, introducing sexy, savvy ex-cop turned P.I. Kinsey Millhone to listeners everywhere.
"A" Is for Alibi
Nikki Fife, convicted of murdering her husband Laurence, is out on parole after eight years of prison. Now, she hires Kinsey Millhone to find out who really killed Laurence. The trail will twist and turn until finally turning back on itself, bringing Kinsey face-to-face with a killer cunning enough to get away with murder.
"B" Is for Burglar
Elaine Boldt is missing, and her sister wants Kinsey Millhone to find her. It seems to be a routine job - until Kinsey is ordered to drop the investigation just as she discovers that days before Elaine's disappearance, her next-door neighbor and bridge partner had been murdered. Now, the killer is still at large...and looking for Kinsey.
"C" Is for Corpse
Kinsey Millhone is recruited to help Bobby Callahan, a young man struggling back to life after his Porsche was forced to take a near-fatal nose dive over the edge of a canyon. Three days later Bobby is dead and Kinsey must capture a cold-blooded killer before he strikes again.

OMG !!!! BORING and FRUSTRATING as HELL
I got this book after reading a review , it said " Got me from the start " brilliant book".......WHAT were you thinking , if you the reviewer thinks this was great, well its clear you have never listened to a Karen Slaughter or Lisa Gardner audio , 1000 times better , and that is on there bad day... the Narrator in this book was bad , I'm sorry if that offends you (the narrator that is , but your voice was a flat mono tone voice, i suffered 4 hours of this 8 hour book, then stopped it, her voice left me wondering what character is she now , who is she now, was hard to follow the story line, with bad narrating...listen to Regina Reagan and Jennifer Woodwood, now there the best at characters.....but the most annoying thing about this book was , i found myself getting consumed by the annoyance of always and i mean ALWAYS listening to "I said" he said " she said " ...man that was bad, if your good at narrator, you know who is talking, you do not need to be reminded ever sentence who is speaking...plus the main character is a female , age 32 ...the narrator sounded 65 or 72 years old , so was off putting to get into her character....i might be hard , but when your paying $17 a book you want value .
