Publisher's Summary
"Sexy, sweet, and emotional. Strung packs a punch straight to my heart." (Ilsa Madden-Mills, Wall Street Journal best-selling author)
Micah Beck is tempting, talented, and addictive to the last drop. Not to mention, he's completely confident in all that he does. Especially with those fingers, and I can't deny that it's such a turn on.
Micah is the last thing I expect to find wandering around my brother's beach house, naked, only wearing an acoustic guitar, but he's the first thing that has ever had me craving for just one "anything goes" night.
My plan was to come visit my brother for the summer and hopefully find a little inspiration for my book at my brother's bar on the beach.
A little inspiration is more than what I get slapped with. Talk about wanting to make love to a voice. I never knew exactly what that meant until I heard Micah playing at Vortex, but now just the thought of anything that has to do with that man's tongue leaves my whole body vibrating with a hunger I'm not sure I can fight.
Just one taste. One night. No strings.
I'm a liar if I said I thought that would be possible, because if I thought his guitar playing abilities were hot, seeing him in charge, demanding orders at Vortex, has me completely coming undone and about ready to fall at his feet and give him anything he desires, despite the fact that my brother warned us to stay away from each other. He's a master at getting whatever he wants with little or no effort at all and I can't help but to hope he wants me.
Micah is cocky, with a body that screams trouble with every rock-hard muscle. He's wrong in every way and...I'm completely strung.

not for me
the whole time I wanted the
heroine to just stand her ground , get pushy instead of getting her ass whooped.
1st time reading this author and the last
to much off a feel good story with no depth. good concepts but the ending felt rushed, it was drummed into the reader how everything centred on express and the crushing problem between mates but when it came down to it. the story loosened and didn't cover what was needed to the reader. we as readers were set up with a huge clusterffuck coming, then In 2 chapters it's all fizzled.
not for me,
Aaron and Maxine are also not my favourite narrator's i just thought new author id try again.

A beautiful Romance
the traditional girl has a protective big brother and big brother has a super gorgeous best friend..
Tegan comes for a holiday to her Big Brither Alexander's place to finish writing her romance novel and finds out Alex doesn't just own a bar.. He has bear chested sexy men serving there.. and Tegan just so happens to fall for the most sexy, talented, bossy one there!! and because he has proven to be a manhore he is the one Big brother has demanded OFF LIMITS!!! OR ELSE.

Kept me listening that's for sure!
The narration was pretty annoying but overall this story kept me interested enough.
Micah, your normal playboy hit em and quit em type until Teagan came to visit and things suddenly got a lot more serious...
This story was good and the characters were likable but I'm sorry to say, Teagans banter was annoying and immature. Other than that, great chemistry and worth the read.

5 Stars!
I’m a sucker for a rockstar romance and when the brother’s best friend trope is thrown in I am sold. I absolutely loved this! The narration was excellent, Ashley’s work is amazing. I fell in love with Micah and Tegan story. The Dual POV gave insight to both of their struggles, emotions and character development. I seriously recommend listening to this and have already ordered my paperback copy.

Predictable
It was okay, I found the characters two-dimensional and I couldn't relate to the FMC. The plot was heavy on over reactions and it seemed that everyone suffered from irrational thoughts. The banter between the characters was entertaining though.

Little Pocket Rocket of a book
I just randomly came across this book and this author, the blurb got me hooked but the review in the blurp, was a bit of a let down, it doesn't rip the emotions out of you like i expected.
The book focuses a lot on the brother and how controlling he is of his sister, like a lot, probably doesn't need to be as much in the book as you get the idea fast. I don't really understand why he is so controlling over her especially when he upped and left her and has been on the other side of the country for a while, living his own manwhore ways.
The female character in the book really needs to stand up for herself (kind of takes away from the romance of the story), she just lets her brother bully over her actions, proving that maybe he is right to be so controlling over her. But shes adult enough to write love interest romance stories as a career.
The love interest.... Loved how arrogant he was in the beginning, but he changed swiftly. Love does that to someone.
Not my cup of tea, but i am glad i gave it the time to listen to it. Joe Arden doesn't really fit the Rockstar man, he doesn't appear a whole lot in the book. Maxine Mitchell, could of carried this book all by herself, she is great at a female voice (obviously) and does a knock out performance of the male voice.

So predictable.
The whole book builds up the drama of what would happen if the mmc touches the fmc and yet when it comes down to it there was next to no drama at all.
So predictable and anticlimactic!
