Amazing
I think this is a book that everyone should read. Even if you don’t feel that you are under stress or have cognitive dissonance; this book gives a wide variety of tools to improve both physical and mental health and help others around you.
I am reading it a second time because it’s so full of knowledge that it has taken me two goes to write notes and absorb the knowledge.
