Superb!

A superb book which has had a mammoth positive effect on me. Stress, anxiety and everything that comes along with it is not easy to beat...but with the help of this book i am overcoming it so much easier and faster than i ever imagined possible.

Its making a big difference

6 months on from buying this book and I can say its making a big difference in my life altho I will also say its the sort of material u do need to remind urself of quite regularly in order for it to work.

Helpful.

I took a chance on this, not really believing it would help much - but it very much did.

Stress, anxiety and everything related to it has a habit of creeping into our lives (it did for me), but dealing with it is a lot more complicated than it might seem, but it can be simplified with some of the stuff in this book, especially in the second half.

Narration was good, clear and easy to understand.

Great book

This is a practical and worthwhile book, I highly recommend it. The narrators voice is enjoyable to listen to. Lots of good tips and not too long. I like how the book just gets to the gist of it rather than some lengthy introduction. Definitely have a listen if stress is getting to you.

Stressed? Get this book.

My reasons for my stress and anxiety (and confidence issues) are personal and private and I am not discussing them here but suffice to say this book really did make a monumental change in my life which is why I am going back, 6 months later, to leave this review. Trust in the advice.

Relief from stress and anxiety

Ok my review is that as well as giving me a lot of tools to deal with stress and anxiety, I actually found this a very good book about confidence and self esteem. Awesome awesome awesome.
