Some good and some outdated information

Some good information but some of it is outdated especially information relating to the workplace. I would suggest getting the physical book so it is easier to follow the steps in the strategies. The meditation should’ve been recorded so we can follow along, you either need to pause throughout or try to memorise the whole thing. Some accompanying documents would’ve been helpful.
